Mindfulness Retreats:

Over 25 years of research has shown that mindfulness can help you develop the inner resources to reduce anxiety and stress in your everyday work life. Mindfulness provides you with simple techniques to increase self-awareness and relieve symptoms of stress, anxiety, depression and improve focus. Retreats are experiential and informal, for a deeper level of learning. Retreats are offered as half-day (4 hour) and a full-day (8 hour) retreat for your staff or team.

Mindfulness Retreats include: Participants will receive a retreat schedule, information on the 7 mindfulness skills, engage in reflective and mindfulness practices, explore areas to balance, learn mindfulness concepts and participate in 3-5 minute meditations to integrate at your organization. The intention is to increase overall effectiveness and well-being at work. Coffee, tea service and a light snack is included onsite.

Rates: The rates for a half-day (4 hour) retreat is $75 per participant and for a full-day (8 hour) $150 per participant. Groups of 8 or more are required to schedule, discounts of %10 offered for 10 or more registered. Offsite fee of $50 applies to the Portland Metro area (offered on Zoom pending COVID19).

Available Dates: Online, based on availability and scheduling. Onsite we can host 10-12 participants comfortably (offered on Zoom pending COVID19).
