Mindfulness class offerings include: Mindfulness, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Mindfulness-Based coping skills classes: Standard Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Radically Open Dialectical behavior therapy (RO-DBT).
Self-guided mindfulness sanctuary packets are offered to learn and practice mindfulness in “real time”. These offerings enhance your experience of mindfulness so you can apply it to your everyday life.
Mindfulness retreats and workshops are available online and onsite at your organization to integrate mindfulness on a relevant, practical level to meet your organizations needs. LEARN MORE
