Mindfulness Programs:
Awareness is the first step to making changes. Listen to your body, have your thoughts and emotions without them having you, and focus your full attention.
Come and learn research-based RO-DBT/DBT mindfulness skills, so you can choose what you say and do vs. being on auto-pilot to increase effectiveness.
Mindfulness has been scientifically studied for over 25 years and can support you in chronic problems such as ADHD, anxiety and depression. It can also help in navigating everyday challenges with relationships, school, work, media and performance.
In this 4-week series, you will learn concrete mindfulness skills, concepts and practices to help you: increase focus, awareness of yourself and others and decrease reactivity, so you can respond with grace and wisdom.
These life-long skills can change your brain and even the trajectory of your life.
*We recommend parents and teens learn mindfulness skills together as research supports better outcomes with family psychoeducation training.
